Countdown to a Reading Adventure
Join us at the O’Fallon Public Library for the 2007 Summer Reading Program, Mission Read: To the Library and Beyond.
Registration begins June 11th and activities begin the week of June 18th. The program continues until the end of July and culminates on July 27th with Babaloo!
Adventures include visits by professional performers, Unidentified Flying Animals (St. Louis Zoo), contests and reading activities for the entire family.
As a prelude to the Summer Reading Program, we are privileged to have Sandra Magnus, a NASA astronaut, coming to speak in April. She will share her experiences as a Space Shuttle traveler. Watch the newspaper for date and time.
Mary Molitor Retires
Mary Molitor, a long-time employee of the Library retired in March, 2007. Mary served the Library in many capacities during her 22 years of service and will be sadly missed by co-workers and library patrons. Congratulations on your retirement, Mary!
