Budget Billing is Coming to O’Fallon
With the electronic meter reading system in place and the monthly billing process working well, historical data for each water and sewer customer is available for our Water Billing Department to analyze.
Customers who sign up for the new Budget Billing Program will have their account analyzed to determine an average monthly cost for water and sewer service using the historical data.
For those customers who maintain a monthly household budget, this new program will be a tremendous asset as the monthly cost for water and sewer service will be fixed at a constant rate. More details on the new program will be coming out soon.
The target date for the roll out of the program is May 1, 2007.
