O’Fallon Veterans’ Monument Perpetual Tribute
 The O’Fallon Veterans’ Monument, located on Wesley Drive just west of Seven Hills Road, will accept applications for inclusion on the monument pillars on an ongoing basis. All honorably discharged veterans who lived in O’Fallon School District #203 at any point in their lives are eligible. There are two cutoff dates annually. The deadline for submission of applications for Memorial
Day is March 1, and the deadline for the Veterans’ Day ceremony is September 1 of each year. Applications are available at O’Fallon City Hall, the O’Fallon Township building, Historical Society, Public Library, VFW Post #805 or visit the web site at www.ofallonveteransmonument.org.
