		Printer-Friendly Version Credit Cards Now Accepted at City Hall City Hall and the Police Department are now accepting credit cards for payment of utility bills, occupancy permits, business registrations, copies of police reports, etc.   We accept MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.  However, we do not accept VISA.   A 2.1% convenience fee is charged by the payment processing company, with a minimum fee of 65 cents.  This fee is not charged or collected by the City of O’Fallon.   For more information, please contact the Finance Department at 624-4500, ext. 9-1108.
