New Water Invoice Format
In our efforts to constantly improve customer service and save you and the City money, the O’Fallon Utility Billing Department has launched a new water invoice format.
While the main components of the invoice have not changed, the new format will make is easier for our customers to read and will be more user friendly. For those customers who own multiple properties and receive invoices for each property, the multiple invoices will now be included in the same envelope, saving considerably on postage costs and eliminating the sending of multiple return envelopes. In addition, useful information for our customers will be printed on the front and back of the invoice. If you have any questions about the new format or wish to not have your blue return envelope enclosed with your invoice, please contact a customer service representative at 624-4500, extension 1.
If you are interested in saving yourself time and money, please take a few minutes to apply for automatic bank drafting with the O’Fallon Utility Billing department. Bank drafting is a free service offered by the City of O’Fallon to facilitate payment processing for water and sewer payments. You will still receive your monthly statement three weeks prior to the payment due date and then the bank will automatically complete an electronic transfer from your account on the appropriate date. Using automatic bank drafting will ensure that your payment will never be late and, as an added benefit, you will save money in check and stamp costs.
