Approve minutes of previous meeting
Missoula Children’s Theater - Caticchio
“Cinderella” April 14-19, 2008 (8th residency).
138 at audition (almost double usual amount); 60 cast
“Princess and the Pea” April 13-18, 2009 (9th residency): discuss ticket prices, ½ price tuition for Asst Director, CD included in tuition to gain minimum price with guaranteed quantity.
Backyard Playhouse Summer Youth Theater Camp – Grimmer
· “Willy Wonka” - Jun 9–27 (M thru F 1p to 4p) OTHS auditorium, fee: $125, Grades 3-12
· backdrop donated by Odyssey of the Mind
· 2008 date for 3rd annual event: Sept 27 & 28 (Sat 10-5pm & Sun 11-4pm)

· Taking applications June 1-30, 2008. Space fee: $65, no jury fee, no commission
· Over 5,000 attendance & over 100 vendors expected.
Strange Folk “Gnome” – Wiggins
· Summer Project for group to make a new cut out for Strange Folk Festival – set date
Arts & Parks Foundation – Hutchison
· Have some leads on possible donors and corporate sponsors.
· Need to have architect do conceptual drawings for marketing materials (brochure, presentation)
“1% for Public Art” – Hutchison
Performing Arts Series - Caticchio, Hutchison
· May have some sources for grant money
