Approve minutes of previous meeting
Missoula Children’s Theater – Caticchio
- Report on “Jack & the Beanstalk” April 12-17 (10th residency); performances Fri 7:30pm, Sat 1pm at Milburn.
- Audition: April 12 (4pm-6pm) at Cavins; rehearsal at Cavins (Mon/Tues) & Milburn (Wed/Thur/Fri).
- Workshops; Audience videotaped from designated tripod areas, rear of theater, or from seated position only.
- 2011 residency is “Pinocchio” April 11-16, 2011. Deposit & contract sent in 4/19/10.
- 2010 dates are Sept 25-26 (10am-5pm).Vendors or patrons can sign up for email updates.
- Juried show; online vendor application (available June 1?); app due date (July 1?); fee ($75?)
- 150 vendors; vendor fee
- Admission, parking, wi-fi: all free!
Ads, sponsors, promotions
- Food vendors ($50 w/out electric, $75 w/electric hookup, $100/kitchen space).
