Last Wednesday, Mayor Graham gave his annual “State of the City” address to the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce. His theme for the presentation was similar to his vision throughout his tenure as mayor: We want O’Fallon to be a world class city. The economy may be slow, but that does not mean the City of O’Fallon is slowing down in its efforts to distinguish our community from others in the St. Louis area and in Illinois.
Mayor Graham discussed several important issues, such as the Family Sports Park expansion, Library expansion, Venita Drive Railroad Overpass, and the property tax multiplier.
