INVITATION FOR BIDS
BEHRENS STREET SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the City of O’Fallon at the City Hall, 255 S. Lincoln Avenue, O’Fallon, Illinois 62269, until 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on February 16, 2010 and publicly opened and read aloud at that time, for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide and install 8” sanitary sewers and 48” sanitary manholes and associated appurtenances. The work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications and included plans covering the work.
This project is funded by HUD through the CDBG and CDBG-R Programs administered by the St. Clair County IGD.~ The awarded contractor must obtain a DUNS number (www.grants.gov/applicants/request_duns_number.jsp) and register with Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov/startregistration.aspx) for compliance with the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.~ The awarded contractor is required to utilize Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) in the minimum amount of 15% of the total contract value.
