B) Handlebar Grill Planned Use Rezoning (1st Reading) - Zoning Amendment subject to the Planned Development Ordinance from B-1 to B-1(P) for a proposed restaurant with outdoor seating and drive-up window; located at 1600 W Hwy 50 (formerly Lion’s Choice); applicant is Sheri Steffens for Handlebar Inc., LLC.
C) Car Credit City Planned Use Rezoning (1st Reading) – Zoning Amendment subject to the Planned Development Ordinance from B-1(P) to B-2(P) for a proposed used car dealership; located at 1701 W Hwy 50 (old Green Store site); applicant is Richard J. Wolkowitz for WHF Properties, LLC and Car Credit City, LLC.
D) Zoning Code Text Amendment (1st Reading) – General text amendment to the Zoning Code of Ordinances to include crematoriums as an accessory use to funeral homes in the “B-1” Community Business District.
E) Obernuefemann Corners Minor Subdivision (Resolution)
