II) Discussion of Proposed Commercial Design Handbook – Consultants from Streiler Planning, LLC and M2 Architecture Studio will present the design concepts and recommendations for the draft City of O’Fallon Commercial Design Handbook.  Staff will solicit comments from the elected and appointed officials in attendance.
