- Regency Park Corporate Campus Planned Use Rezoning, Preliminary Plat, and TIF Ordinances (2nd Reading and resolution) – on hold
- Commerce Place Storage Facility Planned Use Rezoning (1st Reading) – This project was placed back on hold at the applicant’s request on February 26, 2010.
- Special Event Permit Ordinance (2nd Reading) – No change
- Stone Bridge Estates Home Elevations (Motion) – Dettmer Homes has filed a request for approval of several single-family home elevations to be built at Stone Bridge Estates. After presenting his proposal to the Committee on March 22nd, Mr. Dettmer has made some changes and wishes to propose them to the Committee.
- 305 North Cedar Street Landmark Designation (1st Reading) – An Ordinance designating 305 North Cedar Street as a Local Historic Landmark in O’Fallon, Illinois.
- 118 Ruth Drive Landmark Designation (1st Reading) – An Ordinance designating 118 Ruth Drive as a Local Historic Landmark in O’Fallon, Illinois.
- General Text Amendment to the Zoning Code of Ordinances (1st Reading) – Text amendments to include general provisions regarding commercial design standards, and to the accessory structure provisions of the Zoning Code amending sizes and other requirements pertaining to their use and construction.
- Special Event Permit for Backyard BBQ at Centerfield Park (Motion)
- Special Event Permit for VFW Relay for Life Fundraiser (Motion)
- Special Event Permit for La Parrilla Restaurant Cinco de Mayo Fiesta (Motion)
