- Regency Park Corporate Campus Planned Use Rezoning, Preliminary Plat, and TIF Ordinances (2nd Reading and resolution) – on hold
- 305 North Cedar Street Landmark Designation (2nd Reading) – The criteria for approval have been changed to include Criterion #8.
- 118 Ruth Drive Landmark Designation (2nd Reading) – No change.
- General Text Amendment to the Zoning Code of Ordinances (2nd Reading) – In response to some concerns raised by several aldermen, staff has made some changes to the proposed ordinance concerning accessory structures.
- Illini Trails Final Plat (1st Reading) – Final plat of 12 lots in Illini Trails subdivision.
- Carson Behrens Annexation Agreements (Resolution) and Annexation (1st Reading)
- MERS/Missouri Goodwill Planned Use Rezoning (1st Reading)
- Special Event Permit for Happy Day Hut Tropical Sno #4 (Motion)
- Comprehensive Plan Amendment (1st Reading) – An amendment to the 2006 Comprehensive Plan to include the Northeast Quadrant Traffic Study as an addendum. Lee Cannon, Traffic Engineer with Crawford, Bunte, Brammeier, will make a presentation to the Committee.
