1. Request from O'Fallon Public Library/Youth Services to conduct a raffle from June 14
- July 8, 2004 at the library.
2. Request from 92 Jets Girls Basketball to conduct a roadblock at the intersection of
State and Lincoln on June 12-13, 2004 from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
