        2.  Request from O’Fallon/Fairview Heights Lions Club to conduct a roadblock on October 14 from 7:00 a.m. – 10: a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. and October 15 from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the intersection of State and Smiley and State and Lincoln
