A. Residents of O’Fallon  - Due to time constraints, comments are limited to 3 minutes.  We also ask that a spokesperson be chosen to deliver the comment on behalf of the group.  (When addressing the Council, please step up to the podium and speak into the microphone.  We ask that you state name prior to delivering your remarks).  Please sign on the sign-in sheet provided.  

        B. Clerk’s Report
1.  Request from O’Fallon Knights of Columbus to hold a roadblock at the intersection of State and Lincoln and State and Smiley on Friday, September 15th from 8 – 10 a.m. and 3 – 5 p.m. and Saturday, September 16th from 8 – 12 noon.

C. Mayor’s Report
1. Sydney Marshall, Miss O’Fallon 2005
2.  Proclamation declaring July as “Recreation and Parks Month”.  We will host a FREE swim for residents of O’Fallon and Shiloh on Monday, July 31, 2006 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Memorial Pool, which is located at 401 E. 5th Street
3.  Reappointments to the Library Board are:  Nancy Clark, Harriet Baker, Georgia Coco, and appointment of Vernon Ohlendorf
4.  Appointment of Jeff Baskett and Ray Rohr to the Planning Commission
5.  This month’s Southwestern Illinois Council of Mayors is scheduled for Thursday, July 27th in Millstadt.  Please contact Jamie to make reservations.
6.  Recognize Police Officers for impaired driver enforcement
