B. Clerk’s Report
1. Request from the O’Fallon/Fairview Heights Lions Club to conduct a roadblock at Smiley/State and Lincoln/State on Friday, October 19, 2007 from 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. as well as from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
2. Request from Jared Herbert c/o People to People World Leadership Forum to sell raffle tickets for various prizes from October 16 – November 11, 2007
C. Mayor’s Report
1. Announcement that the Halloween hours are 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on October 31st.
The “Safe Stop” areas are located at Central School from 5:30 – 9:00 p.m. and at Fire Station #1 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
