1. Request from the VFW Post 805 to conduct a Veteran’s parade on November 11, 2009 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
2. Request from O’Fallon/Fairview Heights Lions Club to conduct a roadblock on Friday, October 9 from 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 10 from 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Note: This would be against the no two consecutive weekends rule as outlined in Section 111.08 (2) of the Code of Ordinances

Motion to Approve the Special Event request from Cambridge House for the Fall Fun Fair to be held on October 10th from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

X. items after coming out of closed session.
