B. Clerk’s Report –
1. Request from the O’Fallon Rotary Club to sell alcohol at the Community Park on June 5, 2010 for the IL Hog Rally Party
2. Request from O’Fallon Woman’s Club to conduct a raffle for a Hope Chest from May 15 – July 23, 2010
3. Request from the O’Fallon Kiwanis Club to conduct a raffle for a wagon filled with beer and liquor from May 30 – August 22, 2010.
4. Request from the O’Fallon UCC Women’s Guild Quilters to conduct a raffle for a quilt from May – December 9, 2010.
C. Mayor’s Report
1. Proclamation declaring the month of May as National Historic Preservation Month
2. This month’s Southwestern Illinois Council of Mayors will be held on Thursday, May 27th at the Villa Marie Winery in Maryville. Please RSVP to Jamie for reservations.
