Residents of O’Fallon - Due to time constraints, comments are limited to 3 minutes.  We also ask that a spokesperson be chosen to deliver the comment on behalf of the group.  (When addressing the Council, please step up to the podium and speak into the microphone.  We ask that you state name prior to delivering your remarks).  Please sign in on the sign-in sheet provided.  
        
        B. Clerk’s Report
1.  Request from O’Fallon Rotary Club to sell alcohol at the Katy Cavins Community Center for a retirement party/fundraiser for General Hughes on August 28, 2010.
2.  Request from St. Clare Catholic Church to sell alcohol during their Oktoberfest on September 24th – September 25th from 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (The Special Event request is under the Community Development Committee report).
3.  Request from the Knights of Columbus to conduct a roadblock at the intersection of State/Smiley and State/Lincoln on Friday, September 17th from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., as well as Saturday, September 18th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

C. Mayor’s Report
1.  This month’s Southwestern Illinois Council of Mayors will be held on Thursday, August 26th in Collinsville.  Please RSVP to Jamie by Friday, August 20th.
2.  Reappointment of Gary Vosburgh, Russ Thoman, and Hubert Humphries to the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners
