        B. Clerk’s Report
1.  Request from O.U.S.A.R.T to hold a roadblock on November 26th – November 27th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. each day at the intersection of Lincoln and State Street
2.  Request from Knights of Columbus to conduct a monthly raffle for cash prizes on the second Friday of each month
3.  Request from Moye PTO to conduct a raffle for a street sign from September 10th – December 17th and a raffle for cash on November 20th

C. Mayor’s Report
