1. Community Development – Minutes Attached – Motion to Approve the Special Event request from St. Jude’s Crusaders to provide a Christmas Tree Lot at Gator’s Frozen Custard, 406 W. Hwy 50 from November 27 – December 23, 2010 with the condition that the trees cannot be propped against the building, sufficient lighting must be provided, signage is limited to one 24 sq. ft. sign, and the if a fire pit is used it must comply with the International Fire Code (Click here to view staff report)

X. items after coming out of closed session.
