                            address Council.  The Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1) mandates NO action shall be taken on matters not
                          listed on this agenda, but Council may direct staff to address the topic or refer the matter to a committee.  Please provide City Clerk with name

1.  Request from Spencer Pet Rescue to conduct a roadblock on June 2, 2012 and the intersection of Lincoln and State from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
2.  Request from O’Fallon Kiwanis Club to conduct a raffle from June 1 – August 23, 2012 for a garden wagon filled with liquor

  • Mayor’s Report
1.  Proclamation declaring the week of May 21 – May 25, 2012 as Emergency Medical Services Week
2.  Proclamation declaring the month of May as National Historic Preservation Month
3.  This month’s Southwestern Illinois Council of Mayors will be held at the Roemer Topf in Mascoutah on Thursday, May 24th.

X.      EXECUTIVE SESSION Occasionally, the Council may go into closed session in order to discuss such items covered under 5 ILCS 120/2 (b) which are as follows:  Legal Matters; Purchase, Lease or Sale of Real Estate; Employment/appointment matters; Business matters or Security/criminal matters and may possibly vote on such items after coming out of closed session.
