MEETING MINUTES
April 24, 2006
The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. by Phil Goodwin, City Clerk, who then called the roll: Nila Grogan, present; Mary Schmidt, present; Ed True, present; Becky Henry, present; Rick Reckamp, present; Jerry Mouser, present; Tom Bequette, absent; Allen Medford, present; Michael Bennett, present; Dennis Renner, present; Jason Boone, present; Ned Drolet, present; John West, present; Jerry Albrecht, present. A quorum was declared present.
Motion was made by J. West and seconded by N. Grogan to appoint J.~Mouser as Mayor Pro Tem. All ayes. Motion carried.
2nd READING ADOPTION:
Motion was made by J. Albrecht and seconded by E. True to consider the Omnibus Rule for 2nd Reading Adoption Ordinances 3427, 3428, 3429 and 3430. All ayes. Motion carried.
Ordinance 3427 – Ordinance Concerning the Establishment of Special Service Area Number Five (Subaru)
Ordinance 3428 – Ordinance Providing for the Issuance of Special Service Area Number Five (Subaru) Special Ad Valorem Tax Bonds, Taxable Series 2006B, and Providing for the Levy of Direct Annual Taxes on Taxable Property in such Special Service Area for the Payment of Principal of and Interest on those Bonds, and Related Matters
Ordinance 3429 – Ordinance Concerning the Establishment of Special Service Area Number Six (Central Park Plaza #1)
Ordinance 3430 – Ordinance Providing for the Issuance of Special Service Area Number Six Central Park Plaza #1) Special Ad Valorem Tax Bonds, Taxable Series 2006A and Providing for the Levy of Direct Annual Taxes on Taxable Property in such Special Service Area for the Payment of Principal of and Interest on those Bonds, and Related Matters
Motion was made by J. Albrecht and seconded by J. West to approve 2nd Reading Adoption Ordinances 3427, 3428, 3429 and 3430.
