Approval of the minutes from January 26, 2009
Item A: Proposed FY2010 Budget: Director of Finance presented an overview of the 2009/2010 City Budget. This years budget is $ 45,513,175 down from last year by
$ 1,716,850. The major reductions were ten less employees and no capital improvement funds set aside. The budget is balanced without the use of reserves and there is no major reduction in services.
