The department is lead by a full-time chief with 42 highly dedicated volunteers. O'Fallon Fire operates out of three engine houses and an administrative building.  Citizens are protected with 15 pieces of apparatus which include 2-ladder trucks, 3-engines, heavy rescue squad, 2-brush trucks, 3-command vehicles, 2-support trucks, and a haz mat / tech rescue trailer.
