	You must print and complete these applications forms, then submit via US Mail, Fax, or drop off at City Hall. Return all applications to: Human Resources 255 South Lincoln O'Fallon, IL 62269 Fax: 618-624-4508 Important Notes: * If you submit an application during a time when there are no jobs posted, keep in mind that we will keep your application on file for 1 year following the date it was received. Then, when you see a job posting that fits your skill level, contact Human Resources to let us know you are interested in applying. * If you have a resume or other materials as well, feel free to attach it / them to the application form before submitting it. * Be sure to indicate what type of position you are interested in in the "position applied for" section. * Some positions require a testing process prior to scheduling an interview.

Employment Application	For most positions in the City, this Application is the appropriate form to use. Please specify the type of job you are looking for. Applications remain on file for one year following the date received and may be considered for applicable openings that occur during that time. For your convenience, you can fill-in this form online and print it out to be submitted via mail or fax.
Seasonal Application	During the summer months when the city is the busiest, we often open a number of seasonal positions (usually between May and September). This creates and opportunity for high school and college students to obtain temporary jobs and work experience while classes are not in session.
Getting a job as a patrol officer	The City of O'Fallon, along with several other area communities, uses the Southwestern Police & Fire Testing Consortium to get a eligible candidate list. This link includes a short summary of the organization, the testing process as well as a link to their web site.
