During the summer months when the city is the busiest, we often open a number of seasonal positions (usually between May and September). This creates and opportunity for high school and college students to obtain temporary jobs and work experience while classes are not in session.
The City of O'Fallon, along with several other area communities, uses the Southwestern Police & Fire Testing Consortium to get a eligible candidate list. This link includes a short summary of the organization, the testing process as well as a link to their web site.
