Kevin was elected Alderman for Ward 3 in 2011.
Kevin is originally from Belleville and he and his wife Elizabeth have been residents of O’Fallon since 2000. They have two children, Garrett and Bridget. Kevin & his wife moved to O’Fallon because of the excellent educational opportunities available for their children.
Kevin graduated from Belleville East High School in 1986 and attended McKendree University on a full ride baseball scholarship. In May 1990 he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Kevin has worked for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court since graduation, first as a Supervisor/Juvenile Corrections Officer at the Juvenile Detention Center and is currently a Supervisor/Probation Officer for the Probation Department.
Kevin is a member of the following organizations: Fraternal Order of Police Metro east Lodge #262; Shiloh Eagles Aerie #545; Knights of Columbus Council #4239; International Police Association Region #57; and the Kaskaskia Mariner’s Association.
Kevin’s primary interest as an alderman is communication. Kevin thinks that communication is a very high attribute that he has learned over the years coming from a big family of nine boys, Kevin being the youngest.
