Ned has been a Ward 6 Alderman since 1998.
 He has been an O'Fallon resident since July 1979 and an O'Fallon business owner ("Gifts for Individuals") since January 1997. Ned was also an O'Fallon Planning Commission member in 1988 and 1990. He is married to Mary Turnbull Bacchetti.

He currently serves on the Public Works Committee and the Finance and Administration Committee.
