The Mayor appointed David to the City Council as Ward 4 Alderman in November of 2009. 
David met and married the former Margo Love in Little Rock where she joined him in his Air Force career. The couple moved to O’Fallon from Germany in 1990 with their son Brian (OTHS ’04, Southeast Missouri State) when the Air Force assigned them to Scott AFB.
David established strong ties to this community through coaching O’Fallon Booster baseball and soccer teams and as a Boy Scout leader. He is a current member and past president of the Rotary Club of O’Fallon. David also is an active member of the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce. He is a charter member of the Chamber Military Affairs Committee, a charter member of the Chamber Ambassadors, and has been involved in planning the Salute to Scott Day since 1999. He was Chairman of the O’Fallon Planning Commission, having served for four years. He is also an active member of the O’Fallon First United Methodist Church, serving on the Finance Committee for six years and as its Chairman for three.
David earned a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, OH; an MS in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas; and a BS in Management/Computer Information Systems from Park University.
Currently, David works in O’Fallon as the Deputy Operations Director for TRI-COR Industries where he oversees the program management, contracts management, budgeting, and project staffing for the company’s contracts that support Scott AFB.
