Call to order
Approve minutes of previous meeting
Streetside Banner Project: Competition banners are up in select locations.
Youth Theatre Camp (Backyard Playhouse): Camp in progress! Enrollment. Time, date, location of performance.
Sesquicentennial
Arts Festival
Guest: Greg Travous from ArtSpace regarding art show/sales of artists’ work, cocktail/opening reception tied to Nimbus play.
Progress wants to do story on Nimbus original play. Nimbus: Friday night/Saturday afternoon showings are planned; final script pending to Lin.
Additional Cut outs: 8:00am on July 1, July 2 and (if necessary) July 6.
a. Need “images” (i.e., 1904 family fashions). Need: projector, saws.
b. Calvin will pick up materials & deliver to Park by July 1: volunteer to calculate mat’ls needs.
"Antiquities" photos in (period) costumes as revenue for Parks/Arts Festival: Rendy update.
“Trolley Car” rides: Millie to research.
Discuss how Dick Blick employees could be involved.
Shakespeare Festival opportunity?

Promotions
Ideas from Post Mtg 2003:
a. Sell Festival t-shirts then have area where people can color in logos.
b. Interactive theater games, improve, teach folk dance, etc…..film it then show on TV.
c. “Formalizing” Donation levels for potential sponsors.

Confirmed: Sarah Marsh (Central) to conduct all first graders (National Anthem).
