Approve minutes of previous meeting
Items for discussion in Chronological Order as they will occur:
Arts Festival – Lin Stawarski
October 1, 2005 (Saturday) had to be cancelled on Sept 2 (artist application deadline).
Professional Artists: Parks received 4 applications. This is not enough to proceed with the Festival, especially since we have only 4 “amateur” booths while we had (16) last year: reduction due to lack of Chairman for this portion of Festival.
Pavilion/Performances: confirm Jorgensen cancelled Madrigals, Dance Station, Cadence Cloggers, Bell Choir, Broadway Kids, National Anthem director, Hutchison cancelled YASTL. Confirm Rick Bitner (sound/lights) cancelled.
Amateur Art Booths: Hutchinson rebook “Wax hands” to alternate date. No other material were ordered.
FestivEats (Hutchinson/Caticchio): restaurants who inquired were notified of cancellation. Caticchio contacted Scouts (concessions) about cancellation.
Misc: Confirm: Inflatable Slide and Horse/carriage cancelled or booked to alternate date. Contacted Historical Society, Art Club project, Scouts, Blicks re: cancellation.
Grounds Layout/signs: no work had been done in this area.

2006 confirmed dates: April 24-29, 2006 “Robin Hood”
