Youth Theatre Camp (Backyard Playhouse) – Crosby Grimmer
Report on June 2007 camp
Applications are juried; 95 vendors picked from 113 applications; press releases in Progress and Post.
Sponsors:
1. Etsy RFT Ad, website promo, tote bag goodies
2. Cranky Yellow Raffle items, tote bag goodies
3. Circa Raffle items, tote bag goodies
4. Green Wall Studio Raffle items, tote bag goodies
Tote w/goodies (donated items) to first 150 patrons who present a purchase from one of our vendors.
Raffles *Discuss Idea* Vendors hand out a ticket to each patron at purchase (one per person, per vendor, even if multiple items bought) to put into raffle drawing. Frequency of drawings?
Info Booth – Giveaway/sell extra tote bags, event programs, oversee raffle drawings. Need volunteers.
Tourism Bureau
Music: Mike Theilman booked as DJ; asking Stephen back for Mike’s breaks.
Concessions: Coffeehouse confirmed, Tower Grove~vendors under contract...still looking!
Friday Night Reception
· Wine tasting
· Advertising: online ads, sponsors, water bill inserts; free ads; articles in area newspapers; Riverfront Times ads; online calendars/blogs; 11x14 posters, media lists & event calendars.
· Activities: Hocus Pocus Club; Fiber Guild; ATC (artist trading cards), Cranky Yellow Ceiling Project.
