Parks & Recreation Foundation Founded in 2007, the OPRF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancements of open space and enrichments to youth and adult programs in arts and recreation programs.

Gifting Opportunities
The O'Fallon Parks and Recreation Foundation is largely supported by funds from private philanthropy.  The OPRF welcomes many types of gifts; including gifts of cash, appreciated assets such as securities, or pledges payable over a number of years.  Your gift may be unrestricted, or it can be designed for a particular project.  

Types of Gifts
Description
Dedication Tree
You may chose the type of tree and location with (with input from our Arborist). A commemorative brick will be placed at the base of the tree including your personal message and tree name.
Dedication Bench
You may choose a location for a bench (with input from Parks and Recreation staff). A commemorative brick will be placed at the base of the bench including your personal message.
Cash Gifts
The simplicity and ease of delivery make a gift of cash, check or credit card the most popular type of charitable gift. The majority of the Foundation's gifts recieved are in the form of cash and are tax deductable. A gift of cash is considered made on the date it is hand delivered or mailed and is deductable in the year in which it is given.
Gifts in Tribute or Memory
You may honor or remember a loved one or friend with a gift or memorial to the OPRF in his or her name. Celebration of life may be used for a specific project or program. Each donor will recieve an acknowledgement card.

Your donation helps provide opportunities for many people in our community.
