Jr. Panther Competitive Basketball Results
Fee Information
The fee for this season is $230. Players are required to pay the fee ONLY upon making the team. We are doing new uniforms for the kids this year and the players will be allowed to keep them at the end of the season (and thus, if applicable, the option to sign up next year for a lower fee if you choose to use the same uniform). The 2011-2012 fees include:
- New uniform (jersey and shorts) plus shooting shirt
- 3 tournaments paid for (teams can choose to do more on their own)
- Approximately 25-30 total games (the goal is around 10 home games)
- Practice time and gym space in the O’Fallon schools
- Coaching
- Referee, staffing, and other administrative costs for games and the season
Other Pertinent Information
- If a player makes the team, he or she is NOT guaranteed playing time. The head coach will have the final say on which players play and how much they do so
- Official rosters will be posted to the O’Fallon Parks and Recreation website by Friday, October 28. The site can be found at www.ofallonparksandrecreation.org and following the Jr. Panthers link on the left
- Upon making the team, head coaches will initiate contact with his or her new players. They will provide information on practice start dates, team schedules, etc. at that time
