It shall be unlawful for any persons to carry into or possess on, in or about the properties commonly designated as the Community Park, any glass bottle or glass container.
No persons shall park any motor vehicle in any place within public parks owned or operated by the city, other than in those places designated as parking areas.
No motor vehicle shall travel on the streets within the public parks owned and operated by the city when said streets at the entrance to the parks are properly posted and barricaded.
It shall be unlawful for any person to bring any horse, dog, cat or other animal into, or allow the same to remain in, any city park at any time, except in events authorized by the City Council and by the Park Board. Seeing-eye dogs are an exception to this section. Dogs are allowed on the outer path of Rock Springs Park and dog litter bags are available along the path.
No person shall jump or stand on any of the tables in the parks, nor shall they climb on the roofs or other structures on the park grounds, nor shall they climb any trees in the park areas.
No person shall ride or park bicycles around the pool entrance or concession stands and all persons must use bicycle racks. Bicycles shall not be left in any other area around the pool. This includes locking, leaning or chaining them to any of the trees.
No person shall be permitted to play frisbee around the pool or in the family picnic areas.
No minors shall smoke tobacco in or around the pool area. There shall be no groups blocking any of the pool or concession stand doorways.
No one shall practice golf or hit golf balls anywhere on any of the city parks.
