What role does the city of O’Fallon have in regards to St. Ellen Mine Park? |
St. Clair County owns St. Ellen Mine park. The city of O’Fallon works with the county to provide maintenance to the park. Any questions about rules or the fishing ramp should be directed to St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department at 618-277-6790.
