Our residents work with the Planning and Zoning Division when building sheds, porches, decks, covered patios and swimming pools to check setbacks, heights, and lot coverage as they apply for a building permit. The division also coordinates all home based businesses within the City.
We are located in the City Hall Building at 255 S. Lincoln Ave., O’Fallon, IL, on the second floor and are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, except City holidays. Lincoln Avenue is located in the heart of downtown O’Fallon and is easily accessible from Highway 50. You may contact us by phone at (618) 624-4500 ext. 4.
