- P2011-11 Zoning Amendment subject to the Planned Development Ordinance for “O-1(P)” Planned Office District for the Green Mount Medical Campus. The petitioner is Hospital Sisters Health System.
- (P2011-10) – Zoning Amendment subject to the Planned Development Ordinance for “B-1(P)” Planned Community Business District for Panda Express Restaurant. The petitioner is Jason Archbold for Chipman Design Architects. – Postponed until a later date.
