Women's & Children's Self Defense

The O'Fallon Police Department is pleased to offer three women's & children's self defense classes for O'Fallon residents.
S.A.F.E. Program
Self-defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange
National Self-Defense Institute, Inc.
The S.A.F.E. Program is a single, two hour course, designed to introduce women to issues involving self defense. Currently there is one class scheduled for April 2007. The R.A.D. For Women Program consists of six, two hour classes, taught over a six week period and is a more extensive women's self defense course. Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Click HERE for more information and registration on R.A.D For Women.
The radKIDS Personal Empowerment Safety Education Program is a 10-hour family centered safety education program that emphasizes essential decision-making skills as well as physical resistance options to escape violence. Children from 5-12 years of age participate in the program with their adult partners to create a true safety partnership. Click HERE for more information and registration for radKIDS.
