What is the S.A.F.E. Program?
· A “Crime Prevention” Program
· An Educational Resource
· An Introduction to the Possibility of Physical Training as an Option
· A Public Service & Public Relations Program
· A two hour long self-defense awareness and familiarization exchange program
· A method of distributing crime prevention information for home study and reference
· A pre-basic familiarization with physical training methods
· WOMEN ONLY PLEASE
Cost: FREE, Class size is limited to 25 people
Who: Women age 10 and older, regardless of abilities, are welcome. Girls age 10 to 17 should be accompanied by a parent.
Why: Because violent crimes are crimes of opportunity and when you remove the element of opportunity, you reduce the risk of attack. Ninety percent of self-defense is mental preparedness (awareness, risk reduction, avoiding confrontation) and 10% is physical.
