Madison to Washington and Smiley to Lincoln
Public Input Meeting – October 30, 2006
O’Fallon, Illinois – October 16, 2006 – Mayor Gary L. Graham is pleased to announce that an informational meeting will be held on Monday, October 30, 2006 from 2 – 8 p.m. in City Hall Council Chambers to discuss possible solutions for storm water drainage issues in the Madison to Washington and Smiley to Lincoln areas of the City.
The proceedings of the meeting will be informal and individuals will have the opportunity to ask questions about the project. Residents who reside in this area of the City are encouraged to attend the meeting to hear some of the ideas developed by staff and to assist us in determining reasonable approaches to solving storm water drainage issues in your neighborhood.
Residents may submit written questions the evening of the meeting or mail them to Jonathan Nolan, Project Engineer, City of O’Fallon, 255 South Lincoln, O’Fallon, IL 62269 . The deadline for submitting written questions is November 7, 2006.
Maps, drawings and other information pertinent to the location and design of the possible improvements will be available for inspection at the informational meeting.
