All new businesses must fill out the City of O'Fallon's Application For Business Registration. Register your business with the city by turning in the form to the City Clerk's Office at 255 S. Lincoln St. with $25 fee

All solicitors desiring to conduct business within the City of O'Fallon are required to fill out an application for a license with the City Clerk. The license has a $25 annual fee or $5 per day if less than 5 days.
