On August 20, 2007 the O'Fallon Police Department promoted Sergeant Mick Hunter to the rank of Lieutenant and Officer Rob Schmidtke to the rank of Sergeant. Lt. Hunter has served as Patrolman, Detective, Shift Commander, and was a member of Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis. Sgt. Schmidtke has served as a Patrolman, MEGSI Agent, and Dare Officer. Present in the photo are Police Commissioner Russell Thoman, Gary Vosburgh, Horace Humphries, Sgt. Schmidtke, Lt. Hunter.
