Kevin was elected Alderman for Ward 3 in 2011.

Kevin is originally from Belleville and he has been a resident of O’Fallon since 2000.  He has two children, Garrett (attends Indiana University) and Bridget (attends OTHS).  Kevin moved to O’Fallon because of the excellent educational opportunities available for his children and the excellent Public Safety Department.

Kevin graduated from Belleville East High School in 1986 and attended McKendree University on a full ride baseball scholarship.   In May 1990 he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.  Kevin has worked for the 20th Judicial Circuit Court since graduation, first as a Supervisor/Juvenile Corrections Officer at the Juvenile Detention Center and is currently a Supervisor/Probation Officer for the Probation Department.

Kevin is a member of the following organizations:  O'Fallon Boosters Club (Vice President), Fraternal Order of Police Metro east Lodge #262; Shiloh Eagles Aerie #545; Knights of Columbus Council #4239; International Police Association Region #57; the Kaskaskia Mariner’s Association; and serves as the Treasurer of the O'Fallon Moose Lodge #2608.

Kevin’s primary interest as an alderman is communication.  Kevin thinks that communication is a very high attribute that he has learned over the years coming from a big family of nine boys, Kevin being the youngest.

Kevin is currently the Chairman of the Public Safety Committee and also serves on the Finance Committee.
