Regency Park Construction Begins on June 27, 2017

O’Fallon, Illinois – Construction on Regency Park, between Highway 50 and the entrance to Home-Town Suites O’Fallon, will begin on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. During Construction, Regency Park will be closed to traffic between the Shell Gas Station and Shantz Drive. It is anticipated that work will be completed no later than September 1, 2017, weather permitting.

“We kindly ask our residents to be patient and considerate during this improvement project,” said Mayor Herb Roach.

A detour route will be on Green Mount Road during the road closure. Access to all properties will be maintained during construction.

The work of curb and gutter replacement, pavement reconstruction and patching will be completed by Baxmeyer Construction.
