Request for Proposals – Real Estate Broker Services
O’Fallon, Illinois – The City of O'Fallon has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) from real estate firms to provide services for property owned by the City of O’Fallon Municipal Government. It is the intent of the RFP to have the successful broker/firm enter into a Professional Services Contract with the City of O’Fallon to supply real estate services for eight sell-able lots. The lots range in size from 0.10 – 0.58 acres. The lots have been acquired by the City through a number of ways, including demolition of condemned homes, needed right-of-way for infrastructure projects, or other city purposes.
The selected firm will be responsible for assisting the City of O’Fallon with brokerage services, representing the City’s interest in marketing and negotiating sales for assigned real estate properties, and potentially providing other real estate services as requested.
The deadline to submit proposals is 5 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2016.
