Summer Camp 2012
It’s finally Here! A summer camp that will provide endless hours of games, art, sports, field trips, swimming, and many other exciting activities! Sign up today! All Fridays will include a pizza and juice party.

Attendance & Registration Policy
All registrations MUST be made by the FRIDAY BEFORE the week being registered for. Remember that the $20 deposit you put toward camp is non– refundable unless you give us 1 weeks notice. ALL changes to your camp registration must be made at least 7 days in advance and must be in writing with the park office. NO verbal or phone changes will be honored (by email/fax will be acceptable). A fee of $10 will be assessed to late changes & registrations. If you do not show up for a week you are registered for and do not give 7 days notice, you will be required to pay the full billing price for that week.
Before & After Care
Before care hours are from 7-9am. After care hours are from 4-6pm. Before and After Care registration is available for an extra $20/week. There is no Before and After Care for camp choo choo.
Camp Hours
Camp Cavin’s hours are from 9am– 4pm. If you have not paid for before care, your child cannot be signed-in-prior to 9am. If you have not paid for after care your child should be picked up at 4pm.
Mini Camp hours are from 8:45am—11:45am & 1pm—4pm. Campers signed-up for both morning & afternoon sessions stay for lunch from 11:45am-1pm. If you have not paid for before care, your child cannot be signed-in prior to 8:45am. Pick-up for morning session is at 11:45am. Drop-off for the afternoon session is at 12:45. If you have not paid for after care your child should be picked up at 4pm.
Camp Choo Choo campers may not sign in-prior to 9am. Camp runs from 9am—12pm.
THERE IS NO BEFORE AND AFTER CARE FOR CAMP CHOO CHOO.
Payments
Payments are due THE WEEK BEFORE the camper attends camp. There will be a payment schedule on your receipt.
Auto payments are now offered with Credit/Debit card.
Late Pick-Up Fee
If you are late picking up your camper, a late fee will be assessed after 5-minutes and every 5-minutes thereafter at a rate of $5.00 per 5-minutes.
Lunch & Snacks
Campers are responsible for bringing their own lunch every day. For lunch on Friday, campers have a FREE pizza party for Camp Cavins & LPS. An afternoon snack will be provided daily for Camp Cavins & Camp Choo Choo. Mini Camp can bring their own snack.
Arrival & Departure
Please make the Camp staff aware of who will be picking your child up each week. Also let us know if your Child has permission to walk home. ALL campers MUST be signed-in & out by a parent/guardian EVERY DAY.
Sign-in for Before Care, Camp Cavins, & Mini Camp is located in the basement of the Katy Cavins Building. After Care, Camp Cavins, & Mini Camp sign-out is located at Pavilion #1. Camp Choo Choo will sign-in at pavilion #3.
Follow the director’s letter for sign-out instructions.
What to Bring
-Lunch
-Water Bottle
-Swim Suit (Camp Cavins, Camp Choo Choo, and Some LPS)
-Towel/sunscreen
-Tennis Shoes
-Extra Change of Clothes (required for Camp Choo Choo, helpful for Camp Cavins & mini camp)
-A Bag with Campers name on it to hold all belongings
-***PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING!!! (socks, underwear, shirts, shoes, EVERYTHING!)
