Christopher Monroe
Chris Monroe was appointed in January 2019. He has been a resident of O’fallon since 1997 after serving in the Unites States Marine Corp. He resides in O’fallon with his wife, Jennifer and 2 daughters Michaela and Mackenzie. Michaela attends O’fallon Township High School, and Mackenzie attends Joseph Arthur Middle School. Chris is an Account Manager for Golden Eagle Distributing and Echo Power Equipment.
Chris has been in public service for about 16 years. He served on the Central School Board and where he served as the President. He is also involved with O’fallon Parks and Recreation, as a youth softball coach, and serves as Community Liaison for the OTHS Varsity Football Team. Chris also serves on the board of Right Turn Ministries.
In his free time Chris enjoys attending O’fallon High School sporting events with his family, attending church, and golfing.
Chris’s goal as a Council Member is to serve the residents of his ward with open lines of communication and transparency. He wants to be sure the residents have a voice with issues and decisions in the community. He is proud to call Ofallon home and wants all residents to feel the same way
