Jessica Lotz

Born in O’Fallon to a military family, Jessica moved around with the Air Force, ultimately returning to the area and graduating from OTHS. She attended college in Kentucky where she graduated with honors then moved back to O’Fallon where she worked as a healthcare executive until 2011. During that time, she managed one of the largest family practice clinics in Southwestern Illinois and worked closely with specialty care offices to transition them to electronic medical records and increase efficiencies in patient care delivery.

Her desire to serve the community began upon her joining the Board of Directors for the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce where she was mentored by veteran community and business leaders. Seeing others succeed and learning about the City’s role in establishing an environment ripe for development cemented her strong desire to give back to O’Fallon through public service.

She married her best friend, Craig Lotz, an O’Fallon clinical psychologist, and together they spend their time geocaching, bike riding and attending sporting events with their elementary school-aged son, Ryan. She serves on a St. Louis Regional Board for a Fortune 500 company and volunteers her time working with local small businesses on how to utilize individual strengths to maximize employee engagement and corporate satisfaction. Professionally, she is the Leadership and Development Coordinator for the Chamber of Commerce.

Her primary interest as a Council Member is increasing engagement in citizen government and working collaboratively to continue providing a safe and desirable community for residents and business investment.
